Calculator inputs
Core calculations run in your browser. WorkHoursLab does not require an account and does not send calculator values to a calculation server or Google Analytics.
Local browser storage
The Time Card Calculator may store current entries and preferences on your device so they can be restored. Clear them with the calculator's clear action or browser controls.
Analytics and advertising
WorkHoursLab uses Google Analytics in production for aggregate visits and privacy-limited calculator events. Events exclude names, email addresses, form and wage values, time entries, and results. Consent Mode defaults analytics storage to denied in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland before Analytics starts; advertising storage and personalization remain denied unless an appropriate consent update is provided. Advertising is currently disabled.
Technical data
Analytics and static hosting providers may process page URLs, browser or device information, IP-derived approximate location, IP address, user agent, and timestamps for measurement, security, and delivery, depending on consent and service configuration.
Your choices
You can use consent controls, clear browser storage or site data, or use private browsing. Core calculator arithmetic still works without an account.
Email and external links
If you contact us, your address and message are used to handle the request. Do not send sensitive payroll records. External sites have their own privacy practices.

Send privacy questions through the Contact page. This policy may change as the service changes; the effective date identifies the current version.
